We are Luxe Flooring & Stone, a flooring and stone showroom located at 2872 Grand Point Hwy, Breaux Bridge, LA 70517. We collect this information so we can respond to your inquiry and put together a meaningful quote.

This is standard web server activity and is used to keep the site running, prevent abuse, and understand how visitors use the site.
What we don't collect

How we use what we collect
We use the information you share through the contact form for one purpose. Following up on your inquiry. That might mean a phone call, an email, scheduling a showroom visit, or sending you a written quote. If you have asked us for a specific service, we may store the details of that project so we can pick up the conversation later if you reach back out.
We do not use your contact form information for marketing campaigns or newsletters. If we ever start a customer email list, it will be opt-in only.

Third-party services
Our contact form sends submissions through Hostinger SMTP for email delivery. The form data is transmitted directly to our business email and is not stored by third parties for any other purpose. Our website is hosted on Hostinger shared hosting. The map on our contact page is embedded from Google Maps. Visiting that map embed may share basic technical information with Google according to their privacy policy.
Data retention
Form submissions and project notes are kept in our business email for as long as needed to manage your project or for general business records. You can request that we delete your information by contacting us directly.
Your rights

Security
