Cecilia sits in the heart of agricultural St. Martin Parish, just a few minutes north of our showroom on Grand Point Hwy. The homes here tend to be larger, the lots tend to be bigger, and people tend to live in them for decades. Many of our Cecilia clients are not chasing the latest trend. We have always preferred selling the floor a customer keeps over selling the floor that looks great in the brochure.
